By using this website and registering for classes, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. “The Pilates – Reformer Studio” reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on the website, and the changes take effect on the date of publication unless otherwise stated.

Service Booking and Registration

Class registration is carried out through the integrated booking system on our website. Various payment methods are accepted, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, online banking, and other available options.

By registering for a class and receiving confirmation, you commit to arriving on time. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 12 hours before the class start time. If this deadline is not met, the class fee is non-refundable.

To ensure a high-quality and pleasant experience for all participants, we reserve the right to cancel a class if there are fewer than 4 participants. In such cases, we will notify you of the cancellation at least 1.5 hours before the scheduled start time.

All purchases (single visits, memberships, etc.) have an expiration period. Monthly memberships are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made online using the payment methods provided on the website. An invoice will be issued after each purchase.

“The Pilates – Reformer Studio” reserves the right to change prices, with prior notice given to clients. Any price changes apply only to new purchases; existing memberships remain valid under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Payments can be made using online banking services from Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas, as well as Visa/MasterCard payment cards and Kniks gift cards. All payments are processed in euros (€) via the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

Memberships

Clients can choose from several membership packages: 4-class, 8-class, 10-class, or 12-class memberships.

A membership grants access to scheduled classes. If a client does not attend a booked class, the credit for that session is not refunded.

Once payment for a selected membership has been made, it is final and non-refundable. This means that if a client cancels or does not use the services (in full or in part), the paid amount will not be refunded or transferred to a different period.

Class Procedures and Participation Terms

Classes are held according to the schedule published on the website. Pre-registration is required for each class.

Only individuals aged 16 and older are allowed to participate in studio classes. Participants aged 16 to 18 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Individuals under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend classes.

Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 5–10 minutes before the class to prepare. To ensure safety and a high-quality experience for all, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted. In such cases, the session will be considered used and is non-refundable.

Clients are expected to follow the class schedule and comply with the trainer’s instructions to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Clients must inform the trainer of any health conditions, limitations, or risk factors before the start of the session.

Clients are advised to wear comfortable sportswear and appropriate footwear for the workout.

Limitation of Liability

“The Pilates – Reformer Studio” is not responsible for any health issues that may arise if clients fail to follow trainer instructions or do not disclose existing health conditions. The studio is not liable for any personal belongings left unattended during the session. Clients are encouraged to take care of their personal items. The company reserves the right to change registration, cancellation, or other applicable policies without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

All data provided by clients is processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and our Privacy Policy. Client data is used solely for registration purposes and communication with clients. Client data is not transferred to third parties, except when necessary to provide the services or when required by law.
