General Provisions
By using this website and registering for classes, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
The Pilates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Service Booking and Registration
Class registration is completed using the booking system integrated on the website. Payments can be made using various methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, online banking, and other available payment options.
By completing a registration and receiving confirmation, you commit to attending the class on time. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made no later than 12 hours before the start of the class. If this deadline is not met, the paid fee or class credit is non-refundable.
To ensure a high-quality and safe training experience, we reserve the right to cancel a class if fewer than 3 participants are registered. In such cases, clients will be notified of the cancellation no later than 1.5 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients will be offered the option to reschedule their visit.
All single visits and selected memberships have a defined validity period. The validity period is specified at the time of purchase and is considered binding. Once the validity period expires, unused visits are non-refundable and non-compensable.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made online using the payment methods indicated on the website. After each purchase, an invoice is automatically issued to the client.
Payments can be made via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bank online banking, Visa and MasterCard payment cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Kniks gift cards. All payments are processed in euros (EUR) only.
Payments are processed via the makecommerce.lt payment platform and Stripe, depending on the selected payment method.
The Pilates reserves the right to change service prices at its discretion. Price changes apply only to newly purchased services and do not affect memberships or visits that have already been paid for, which remain valid under the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
Memberships

When selecting or purchasing a membership, the following personal data is processed: first name, last name, email address, phone number, payment details, and information about the selected membership package. A membership grants the right to attend classes in accordance with the current schedule and the terms of the selected package. If a client does not attend a scheduled class, the credit or visit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
