Meet the studio
How does the first visit go?
The first visit is simple and enjoyable. No previous experience is required. The trainer will introduce you to the reformer, explain each exercise, and accompany you throughout the workout.
Choose the time that is most convenient for you and reserve a place online in just a few minutes.
Book a time
Arrive 10 - 15 minutes before training to allow time to change and prepare in peace.
Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Before the workout, the trainer will explain how to use the reformer and answer any questions.
